Is anyone else getting the error "Error creating label: We could not complete the payment with PayPal. Please check your PayPal setup, such as funding sources, and try again."  I have double checked all funding sources and available funds via PayPal.  Just curious if anyone else is getting this error when they attempt to purchase postage.  If not, any advice on how to correct the issue?

I was able to print a label earlier today.  Try clearing your cookies, history and reboot.

I have tried all of the above methods and am still receiving the error at time of postage purchase.  In addition, both my bank account and credit card linked to my PayPal account have plenty of available balances.  My PayPal balance is $0.00 due to eBay Managed Payments.  I have updated my Preferred way to Pay to my credit card and have my bank account as a back up funding source.  Still repeatedly receive the error.  I too was able to purchase postage this morning without any problem.  Until now....

I'm having the same issue. Strangely, it worked once today for a single label. I switched to pirateship and will just stay there once I figure out how to get into integrated (so the addresses and item info go to pirateship and the tracking numbers come back to ebay).

Identical issue here today. I've tried several times over a span of about 6 hours. No luck.

If you are printing from eBay site and choosing USPS carrier it will emit that error.  I switched to FEDEX carrier and it worked fine to me.

So what do you do if your buyer chose a USPS shipping option? More times than not it costs more to ship with other carriers.

I received this error 4 days ago, and have been unable to print labels since. I have checked, rechecked, updated payment sources, linked, unlinked, added new credit cards, removed credit cards, waited, and tried all of the above in different variations. I also tried clearing cookies, browser history, and logged in from multiple devices as well as my android phone. When I receive this error at the shipping label page, it does not provide me with the option of using a different payment source. My paypal account still shows ebay inc as one of the automatic payment agreements. I'm really at a loss, I'd welcome any kind of advice whatsoever.

I had  and am still having the same problem so I switched to pirate ship it is the closest thing to free lunch!

In Pirate Ship to integrate your Ebay account, you have to request it. Just use the chat and request to have it enabled ( My experience with their response is excellent).

They enabled integrations for me right then. Once that is done just go to settings and integration option will be there, super easy to set up and I love it. It updates your Ebay with tracking numbers automatically.

So I just stopped trying to resolve the shipping label error in Ebay.

I started having this problems months ago and it has not worked a single time since.

I confirm there is nothing wrong with the Paypal account configuration, money availability or session: there is no way out so I am currently forced to buy postage outside of Ebay

What I know is that there are issues with certain internet browsers that are throwing errors like this. An issue of this was found through Internet Explorer, but this depends on which browser you are using if you could tell me what it is. I can help you further with this.  One of the browsers that I know is working well without issues is Firefox.

I've had the same problem printing postage on eBay for quite a while. Everything with my PayPal account is setup fine. To get around this, I use the "View PayPal Transaction" link for each item sold, and then on the PayPal transaction page I click the "Print Shipping Label" link and proceed to purchase USPS shipping labels through PayPal. The tracking numbers are automatically uploaded to eBay.
