Starting today, when I try to "Edit cost for this listing" (Under
Shipping) it goes to "Create shipping policy". Happens on both my

I have shipping policies for Free Domestic, GSP & Calculated. But
sometimes I want to choose a fixed cost. As of now, the only way to do
this is to make a separate policy for each cost.
