Is anyone else getting the error "Error creating label: We could not complete the payment with PayPal. Please check your PayPal setup, such as funding sources, and try again."  I have double checked all funding sources and available funds via PayPal.  Just curious if anyone else is getting this error when they attempt to purchase postage.  If not, any advice on how to correct the issue?

Have you found a WORKING & NOT OUTDATED SOLUTION for this issue yet? I've been experiencing this since the creation of this account. Closing in on a year of printing labels through PayPal: Ready to Ship, only. Until today I am also unable to ship internationally through PayPal as well. 

Either I manually take the item into the post office and loose ebay's First Class Mail shipping discount or scour forums again and maybe have the patience to sit through a chat session re-explaining the situation. Side note, we've gone through the steps several times.

Yes, I have tried adding eBay to Paypal's pre-approved payments many times.

Go to your PayPal account.
Go to "activity", click on the buyers information.
Print label & ship.

It costs $5 more to use paypal shipping compared to the ebay one.
