Starting today, when I try to "Edit cost for this listing" (Under Shipping) it goes to "Create shipping policy". Happens on both my selling accounts, on Chrome and Firefox.

The issue has been fixed for me, on both of my accounts.
I still have the old issue, that others also seem to have, where you can not edit the cost when you first create the listing. For me, I can get the the edit cost for this listing page, but when I press "Save and close", the spinner just keeps spinning until I finally press "X" to close the window. What I do is just create the listing with a regular, free shipping, policy (I have one for domestic and one for int'l) and "List it". Then, I edit it and change the cost. As long as I don't make any other edits and choose "Edit cost for this listing" first, it works OK.

FYI - I chatted with Ebay and, not surpisingly, got nowhere. Then I spoke with someone on the phone and they confirmed the issue. They opened up an internal IT request ( req000003599331 ) to have it fixed.

It's been unworkable for me for weeks.

Do you normally use business/shipping policies?

I have shipping policies for Free Domestic, GSP & Calculated. But sometimes I want to choose a fixed cost. As of now, the only way to do this is to make a separate policy for each cost.

I have been reporting this for months. It is always broken when making the listing but it usually works when you go back and edit the listing after.

Buyers don’t want to take your math class. Make it free shipping.

I also had that problem, but it's a different issue.

For ONE week, it actually worked after I put the listing into drafts. NOW, it looks like you have to change your ENTIRE shipping policy and I do NOT want to do that. I have some heavy items that need to be shipped Priority and I've lost so much money because I can't change the shipping cost, I refuse to list them anymore until this gets fixed. This has been going on since the new listing tool was thrown at us!!! You would think eBay WOULD get it fixed because they are losing money for the higher fees they get on shipping.

It's still broken and very annoying. When they first made the listing format change, you had to save the listing as a draft and go back into it to "Edit cost for this listing". Now, it goes to "Create shipping policy" no matter if it's saved as a draft or not. Come on, eBay. Where is your tech support?

@onefootflipper You actually got my hopes up saying to edit the listing after putting it up. Nope that went right back to "change business policies". Sigh and I am beyond frustrated with this!!!
