I sent a package to a customer which had a C/O. It looks like it might be a private post office box.
USPS states that the package has been delivered to agent for final delivery. But it is not showing as "Delivered" with a green check.
The buyer is unresponsive when I inquire if he has the item in hand, or if he needs to pick it up.
Is this going to count as a strike against me? It looks like USPS has essentially delivered the package.

I just posted another similar issue with UPS saying "Signature Obtained".... no "delivered". Seems Ebay has some coding bugs to fix. I believe these codes used to automatically trigger a "delivered" in their system...but currently not working. This needs to get fixed right away.

I never recommend contacting the buyer as it might encourage a less-than-honorable buyer to file INR if they're made aware of the missing "delivered" tracking.
You can be sure that with or without contact, you'll hear from them if they don't get the item.

You should be fine on this, but if for any reason a case is closed in favor of the buyer, appeal with CS on social media and send them this link that confirms your coverage:

Thanks for the advice! I agree, probably not a great reason to contact the buyer. But it wasn't a high value item (comic book). I try to keep a positive attitude when people raise disputes. I've had a few, and generally I just eat it in the end. But for the most part, transactions generally go smoothly.
It shows delivered to agent for final delivery, which appears it was delivered. Presumably to a private post office box. It also says the item is ready for pickup.
So I'm not as concerned about the buyer filing an INR dispute as I am getting a defect for their system not flagging the item as delivered. I've seen some chatter about snow delays and other delivery issues that cause undue defects on seller accounts and I was curious if I was at risk for such a flag.

Nice link. Thanks for finding that. Buyer isn't disputing the delivery. In fact the buyer hasn't made a peep since I shipped the item at the beginning of the month. I just am missing a green "checkbox" for delivered in my list of sold items. And I don't want to get a defect on my account for it.
