problem with delivery my goods went to the wrong state

I ordered and payed for some dishes that the tracking number showed was delivered to SC instead of to me in WY  What do I do now?

Contact your seller. It's possible that they mixed up tracking numbers when uploading, and that you were watching the progress of a different package going to a different customer of theirs. After all, if the label has your name and address on it, the USPS isn't going to find anyone in SC matching that description, and yet you're seeing a Delivered status on that one.

One other thing I always recommend is to sign up for the free MyUSPS program at usps.com. You can get alerts sent to you whenever there is a package inbound to your address, even when you don't know the tracking number (or were not expecting a package in the first place, such as if it's for another family member).

Not necessarily.  Lots of board weirdities today.  Look at the Bidding & Buying board or the screenshots I posted on the Community Feedback board.
