I ended up in a unique situation. I purchased item on ebay. A day later item was listed as shipped. Expected delivery date 12-27-2017. Item never arrived and after checking shipping data it seemed to have been stuck in limbo somewhere. I let seller know via ebay that my item never arrived. I wasn't upset or mad just let them know it didnt arrive when expected to. Still hasn't arrived. They immediately refunded my money but what do I do if the product does end up arriving? Price was only 16.00. Not saying it was sellers fault but just let them know it hadn't arrived. Do you ship item back?
There isn't a problem. If item appears You can re-pay, because in the PayPal payments history You have the seller's PayPal-related email, you can generate the payment to him.
