I bought an item that does not work as described. I purchased the product as a guest and am now unable to print the return label. Please advise how I can print this return label

Have you tried going back to the page that shows the receipt page and doing a not as described? You can't just send it back with out going thru the process. Have you done the "not as described" yet and can't find or get the label to print?

Login to your guest account and go to Purchase History. Find the order there and open a return. The return label should be available within a day or two and you should receive an eBay email with the next steps to take.
