eBay did not respect their policy. seller did not want to send a prepaid return label after I bought a defect PRO Exercise Bikes. eBay ignore me after I ask them to step in.

Not enough information.
When did you buy this bike?
When did you receive it?
Why are you returning it?
What have you done so far to resolve the problem?
Did you open a case in the Resolution Center? Did you return to the case 96 hours later and ask eBay to step in?
Then what happened?

This is a Chinese seller/drop-shipper. For a defective product, the seller either needs to (a) refund your money (b) send you a shipping label, or (c) provide you with money to purchase shipping.
If they do not do any of these, you ask ebay to step in and inform them that the seller is not accommodating return shipping. When you appealed, eBay is now in a short period where they are trying to get the seller to do one of those things mentioned above ... it is somewhere between 2 and 5 business days, I believe. If the seller does none of the three things in this period, then eBay will force the refund of money.
