Greeting to all,
I've a MYUS account which is linked to my country Post Office. . As I don't live in US , MYUS receives my items and I get notify that arrives in my Account. I have no chance to refuse any packages. After I get notified , I can only ship it to country or return that item. I've paid immediately to the seller and seller shipped immediately The issue is I have bought last month an expensive items which over $800 from a seller and unfortunately that item was get refused for unknown reason for me up to now as I 've contacted my post office and MYUS. They said there is a problem in the postal code and they refuse to receive it. And I've contacted via USPS website and seller regards to the tracking number give both were same answer that sent to my address as same as in eBay address. I've opened case and without having a knowledge about refused item gets win. it shown it's refused and processed to returned the sender..It passed 1 week since that case closed and yesterday I sent to the seller I didn't refuse that item and it's ok for me to pay for shipping and insurance. . So what do suggest guys in details ?

Your English is not very clear, but here is what I read:
First, on eBay, the use of a reshipper or package forwarder like MYUS will void the Money Back Guarantee for your purchase. The seller is only responsible for delivering the package to the MYUS address in the United States.
Second, after the item is delivered to MYUS, then MYUS is responsible for your package - you should be working with them to get your item. The seller is not responsible, eBay is not responsible, the USPS is not responsible, and PayPal is not responsible - these four have done their job, and all the responsibility is with you and MYUS.
Third, if the item is returned to the seller, the seller may be kind to you and help you out, or work out a resolution for you (sometimes a refund minus shipping costs, or a reship with the seller paying for a second shipping). But, you shouldn't expect any support from the seller until the item is received back by the seller.
Fourth, if the item is lost, then MYUS should be refunding your purchase price ... if they will not, it is possible that your credit card could cover your purchase, but I do not know how credit works in your country.
