That would point to you not packaging them properly if you are having that many issues. I send many each day and haven't had any issues. I would suggest you discuss your issue with your local Postmaster or Manager to see if they can help. You could also try one of the other carriers. I did notice you carry a lot of breakable items. Good luck!

If you can imagine your packed item being thrown down a flight of stairs, sat on by an elephant and then dragged behind a truck before being thrown into a jet engine and suspect that you may need to pack a bit more than you thought, you'd be correct.

Not saying this is you at all, but this thread made just above yours seems very relevant 😃 Many postal sorting centres resemble football games, and not in a good way

I'v had one in nearly 25 years and that was done by the tine of a UPS forklift weighing multiple tons.
Detail each step of how you packed these items so it can be evaluated.
One thing for sure is not to follow many of those so called eBay experts on YouTube who show completely wrong examples of packaging.
Are you selling items that have a higher degree of fraud and these buyers are just trying to scam you? They send pictures? Did they substitute their identical damaged item and take a picture of that instead of the item you sent?
