You've set up your listings to ship to the US only and have free shipping to the US.
When you list on .com the domestic section is always for shipping to the US regardless of your location. Since you are outside of the US you should use one of the generic options 'shipping from outside of the US' so that you are given a longer estimated delivery time. You will have to investigate shipping prices and charge one flat rate to the US.
To set your listing up for other countries you do that under 'international shipping' and you have to set a flat rate. If you ship worldwide you have limited options of setting different prices. For example you can set 1 price for buyers in Europe and the UK using the method 'expedited or standard international shipping, depending on how you want the estimated delivery time to be. Then you set up a method to Asia using another generic 'international shipping option' If you want to set up more than one shipping price outside of the US, I will try to help you.
If you don't want to ship to the US you will have to list on one of the European sites.
