Don't know where it is but your old address is still there somewhere, or that could not happen.

Hopefully someone will pop in with some instruction on where to find the problem info.

I'm with jack... have you gone into your 'Ship from address' and deleted  any/all of your old ones?

There are 3 general pages where you can update that kind of info.

"on setting up a sale" - I assume you're referring to the listing page? Are you listing from the web or from the app? On the web scroll down to the bottom of the listing form and you'll be able to revise your ship-from city/state/zip.

If you're talking about buying postage then you can revise your ship-from address on the shipping label page.

Or you can go to the page another poster linked above where you can update all of your registered addresses.

Does one of those locations resolve the issue @willum1530?

"on setting up a sale" could mean that you're a buyer, not a seller, so it's using the wrong ship-to address. Add an item to your shopping cart then go into your cart and on the right side of the page edit your address. Also check the link posted above to make sure old addresses have been removed from your shipping address field as another poster suggested.

Would not hurt to do a full history clear, cache memory etc in your browser.
