im so sick of this place i dont know what to do.
the only help is other people with no greater power than me? what kind of billion dollar business is this?
the guy has over 300 cancellations on his account where he has cancelled.
they should give the sellers a rating. and i dont mean stars. like a credit score, is what i mean. if youre cancelling a lot? down goes your score. if yoour bidding too much while alo cancelling bids? down goes the score.
I KNOW that this guy plans on scamming me at this point. He comes up with excuses about how he cant "make it to the post office," yet marked as "shipped?"
I think ebay needs a dictionary app in their offices, because
"shipped" doesnt mean, "Customer still has the item still sitting in his living room"
I am openly saying this BEFORE the scammer does what I now see he is going to do... If he indeed Cancels After taking my money? And yet ebay doesnt close out the man's account totally? (because thats theft. thats a felony similar to writing a bad check and walking away with the product... how is it not?) then something is wrong, and I should start viewing this site similar to someone from Nigeria telling me to send me money on cash app, so as to make millions.
If facebook can have monitors, besides bots, why cant ebay?
I wonder what the DOJ thinks of Ebay at this point?

Familarise yourself with the MBG, you will have fewer issues that way:
the protection for buyers on eBay is second to none, if you follow procedure, even for oversea's shipments.

Oh it does cost em if they are canceling order a lot:
UNLESS they are lie for the reasons, such as getting a buyer to request such:
or saying buyer requested such when did not: or using problem with address improperly with such.
If not requested and done so: or using addy as such, report them.
How do you know they have canceled that many orders???

It seems like any buyer who does not receive his purchase within a day or two past its estimated delivery date would just open an item not received case as detailed in the options seen in the Money Back Guarantee.
Why would the Department of Justice have any concerns or thoughts about eBay?
The MBG offers very good protection for buyers who know how to use it and do so in a timely fashion.

If you have all this information on this seller, why would you consider purchasing from them?

A shipping label would not release funds . Only when the item is delivered are the funds released and that is ONLY for a newer seller. On my 2 selling accounts, my funds are never frozen since I have been here since 1998.

ebay marks all items as shipped the moment the shipping label is purchased, that's how it works. Likewise, the post office isn't open 24/7, in the middle of the night, on Sundays, nor Holidays; and differences in time zones are a factor as well.
For the record, sellers obligation is to ship within the handling times stated in their shipping policies. They have no obligation to ship your order 10 seconds after you made a purchase.
If you're that worried about when your items will ship, then contact the seller before buying.
Some sellers can't ship every day (some have families, other jobs, health related issues), and thats why they have extended handling times. If you can't handle that, then dont buy from them.
