seems that low sell price "coins" can ship in the "eBay standard envelope" for under $1.05 or less
It is not "tracked", or "scanable" by USPS, but does get a barcode that provides "integrated tracking" ......a bit of info
use "help & contact" and search for info about it

The only cheap option if you sell cheap coins and cheap trading cards . That's it. Otherwise, first class mail at around 4 to 5 dollars is your option. In reality, you do know that there is no such thing as free shipping. You have to roll the price of the shipping into the starting price inorder to offer "free shipping." Thank a teacher/parent if you do understand this concept.

Thanks for your help. Though I've been selling fishing tackle on eBay since 2009, I would like to start selling some inexpensive coins also, wondering how there are many listings for $1.99 or less with free shipping offered. I don't want to just use a stamp and certainly can't use first-class package. All my tackle has the shipping covered in my price with free shipping offered. Yes, as you've said there really is no such thing as free shipping, learned that way back in 1974 when I first went in to business.

I am not sure what this is. But the price is for 3 ounces from 88310 to 10001.
The only thing is I do not know what a USPS Produced Envelope 15" X 11 5/8" for First Class is or where you would get it. I do not see any listed on USPS.com

Yea, that is a pretty large envelope and seems like it would weigh near 3 ounces on its own. I wonder if it is an error on the USPS site?
