Hi, i bought many things without any problem since 2014, but my mother in law , who does not have an  account on ebay , bought on last september 2020,  us a guess , and  item that did not arrived . The number of the item is not working , it says is not valid so i can´t contact the seller. ONIMART

What shall i do?

It's way past time for eBay to do anything for her. How did she pay. If she used PayPal or a credit card, there still may be time to open a dispute with them. However, they usually only give you 6 months from the purchase date, so it may be to late for that too.

It's to late to get any help from Ebay.

If she paid with Pay Pal, they give you 180 days from the time of payment to file a claim.
