I have just checked my invoice for December through mid January and find UPS charges substantially higher than the quoted rate on ebay. I have found several double charges for the same package from UPS. It appears that either ebay or UPS are cheating us sellers. Calling customer service and speaking to someone with a heavy accent is frustrating at best. She told me she was filling a dispute, I think as I had to ask her everytime to repeat herself. Hey ebay quit cheating us and hire Americans the sellers are why ebay exists.

Always go to the UPS website and calculate the shipping there. Then compare it to eBay before buying the label. Usually extra charges are added because your dimensions or weight was off. Always round up and remember that sometimes Dimensional Weights kick in if the package dimensions are over a certain size. For example, a 5 lbs box the measures 12x12x10 would be billed as 10 lbs.

This is why I only ship with USPS. I continually hear complaints from sellers that UPS and Fed Ex will charge additionally after the item has been delivered....

If that is the case then they need to spell that out!!! If I am putting in the dimensions AND weight then it is not my fault they cannot figure that out.... Be honest...they are running a racket.
