my box has not got to usps

I orderd a box its coming from china its been 6 days still usps says they never got it whats going on was I scammed or did they loose my box or etc the sellers has very good rating so plz help and yes I opened a case of my box has not arrived ( I don't mean anything bad to the seller it was supposed to be here the feb 27 that what the date says

what should I do

When you are able to, have ebay step in and help. The estimated arrival dates are just estimates and might take a bit longer to arrive.

If eBay says it was supposed to arrive on 2/27, file an Item Not Received claim.

In my (limited) experience with Chinese sellers, the estimated delivery date is generally a range of one to three weeks, not just one specific date. Was there a delivery date range for this item? If so, eBay requires you to wait until after the latest date in the range. PayPal is a bit more flexible . . .

IF Feb 27 was the last date of the estimated delivery timeframe, then you can open a case now for item not received in the Resolution Center.  If Feb 27 is not the last date in the timeframe, you must wait until after the last date to open the case.
