My seller has been giving me the impression that they will play fair and refund me for my 'item not as described.' I have been waiting for over a month for a reply after returning the item by regular post. They are now claiming they have not received the faulty item. How can I lead negative feedback after the time window has elapsed. I don't want others to be misled in the way I was.

In the future, make sure you use the Returns Request. Once the tracking shows DELIVERED, the seller has 2 business days to refund you. If no refund, click the link to Ask ebay to step in to force the refund.
