I sold two items to a buyer, put both in one box and shipped them thro International Shipping. The package did not arrive and eBay refunded the buyer for one of the items and not for the other. How can I fix this?

From your post it is not clear, whether it was one order comprising two items, or two items purchased separately, which you combined into one package. Ask the buyer to file an Item not received case for the other item, ft there is such a possibility. Otherwise, you will just have to contact ebay.

Thank you. It was two separate items in one box. eBay reimbursed for one, but since the other one doesn't have its own tracking number, we can't really file a lost claim. Reading the fine print on the new international program, I see that separate items will need to have separate tracking numbers just in case. This time I reimbursed the buyer myself because that's just how I roll, but I know what to do now going forward
