Buyer refused parcel and yodel have lost it during the return. I have contacted yodel and they say I must get ebay to liase with them but I can't get through to Ebay and can't see any automatic process for this.
Because you're on the .com forum, you may not get the level of assistance you need as sellers here aren't familiar with Yodel. I suggest posting your query on community.ebay.co.uk @bixiedog .
On the .com site, buyers void their money back guarantee coverage when they refuse delivery for any reason other than postage due.
