local pickup

Buyer purchased forklift pallet jack on June 1 st. It was listed as local pick up only and you must load yourself also in the description. Now it is July 5 th and he say's he want's a refund. Because he does not want to pay the cost to have it picked up and loaded. My fees have been paid along time ago. And it was listed as no returns. He say's he will only pick it up if I will load, which I have no way of doing. He was aware of the size and weight when he bought it. This has been dragging on for over a month. He told me to load it for him or he want's a refund. Alot of time and money in this one, just to lose some more. What to do?

Re: local pickup

I cant imagine that PP would agree to refund him because he doesnt want to load the item..but this is exactly why you take cash only for local pick ups.Because its past thirty days he'll have to file with PP, not Ebay.

Re: local pickup

If he files through pp will I receive my fees back from Ebay. If I am required to refund his purchase amount.

Re: local pickup

If he files a case and you refund him and settle the dispute, without ebay stepping in, you will get your fvf back in a credit. And I believe you will get back the 2.9% that PP charged, but not the thirty cent transaction fee.
