label won't print

I've been trying to print a USPS media label since yesterday with no luck. I get a new screen that I've never seen before and have gone to a page to Reprint Label several times with no success. Finally voided label twice and will now wait to see if they (PayPal) makes a refund. Anyone else having a problem with printing labels?

Try to turn your off printer off and on, make sure you have internet and Bluetooth is on.  If any of these works, email the label to your email and print it from there.  That just happened to me.

lots of other people are having the same problem,from what I have ben reading medial mail can only be printed for certain categories or something like that.

@chocolate.raindrops   Since it's a media mail label just go to paypal or USPS click and ship.  It's the same price for media mail at the post office too.

@chocolate.raindrops   First, when you VOID a label it will appear as a credit on your eBay monthly invoice.  The money is NOT put back in PayPal (or any other funding source).  As @comics-scifi-collectibles  mentioned, you can print labels in PayPal too BUT before you try that it might be wise to see if you can print a simple Word Doc ... this will confirm that your Computer-Printer interface is working.  If that fails then the problem is with your system.  You could try uninstalling and then reinstalling the printer driver.

Our printer has a "See what's printing" function and sometimes an item (or two) gets stuck in that buffer and has to be deleted (Cancelled), then we have to shut down and restart the computer.  All new print jobs simply get stuck behind the one that is frozen.

Mr. Lincoln, thank you for suggesting trying a test page from Word. It was a printer problem which showed up as offline and resolved by taking out the power cord for a brief time and plugging it back in. Also had to remove all those print commands so they didn't activate. Still get that strange page to print shipping label but at least it did work. Thanks for making my day go smoother!
