The matter regarding myself purchasing a sheet set for my disable brother with free delivery. I provided his address. I have payed for a lift chair recliner and it got right to him. I don't have time to wait for the sheet set to come to me and I take it to him. Isn't that what delivery is for? But instead you refund my payment an canceled the order. And say issue with address. Now you have an issue with me. I drive over the road. I buy stuff for family and it always gets delivered. You don't have a delivery issue. You have a JamesPowell issue.

Your not speaking with ebay or your seller. Things like that can happen. No they should not. Just have to find a better seller.

Did you change the 'ships to' address or just add it in the notes?
We MUST ship to the address in the 'ships to' to be covered as a seller. Putting the address change in the notes is one tactic that scammers employ. Some sellers won't even message back and just cancel and refund.

You may have missed some information here.
When you post a message to the M2M Board, you're not addressing eBay, its management or its employees.
You are addressing a very large group of experienced eBay buyers and sellers who volunteer our time here to help others when we can.
Your issue is with one particular seller, not us. So, sorry to disagree with you, but we do not have a "James Powell issue".
And, I'd be willing to bet you can shop around on eBay and find another seller who'd be delighted to have your business.
