label selection USPS

I haven't been active on ebay for a few months.   Did Ebay "do the seller a service" and remove the option to select how to print?   I normally use Avery #5126 labels, (half sheet, self sticking), but am not able to format to that anymore? Or make any selections other than print for that matter.     Is there a set up page I am missing?  Thank You!

There is a spot to change the label layout & preview it
