items sold but stack on the airport due the virus

hello i have a problem i have already sold a good amount of items i have already shipped them...but the aeroplanes are not flying...and all the parcels are stack on the airport...soon the sellers  they are gonna ask me where is my item i want a refund etc...has EBAY took already measures about this situation????

It is your responsibility to ensure that shipping is possible and timely for your products.  If the airlines are not flying out of Greece, then you need to stop all your international sales ... to continue selling, hoping that eBay might somehow do something, is illogical.

 

As an example, international sellers from China have had significant shipping blocks since January, and I haven't seen eBay do a thing for them.

i have already stopped international sellings..there wasnt any warning from anyone it happened very fast...i shiped the items and i woke up with this situtation...from ebay i was hoping to extend the period that a buyer can file a refund for the delivery time because this situation its global...

The OP is in Greece ... I think what eBay means by "service carriers" is the USPS and FedEx, and not whatever the OP might use in Greece.
