Is it safe to say that packages shipped Internationally will arrive in a timely fashion, or even at all? Given the current situation, are the cargo planes still traveling? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question, occasionally I make overseas sales, however should I suspend International shipping for now to be on the safe side?

Good question, I have just questioned if the ebay global shipping service has been suspended or not.

It is not safe to make that assumption. However, if you use the Global Shipping Program, then you are covered if the package is not delivered in a timely fashion.
