how do you get with someone to send a request since I have not received the item I purchased

You need you need to check the listing (sometimes it is missed where sellers say the ship twice a week) then send a polite message (purchases -contact buyer) asking if they have a tracking number for your purchase.

Sometimes people do not purchase shipping via ebay and forget to upload.

If there is no answer after a minimum of 24 hrs? Ask ebay to step in

you do  not have to get with anyone to fix this

one  day after the ETA for your item you can just file an INR or item not received

you wont need a phone call for this and you dont need to ask the seller
