international shipping program?

hello.  i live in the united states and am trying to purchase this item (https://www.ebay.com/itm/202658760763) however i get an error message saying that the seller does not ship to my country.

i contacted the seller and they stated that they do indeed ship to the US and to use ebay's "International Shipping Program".  how do i go about doing this?

additionally, the united states is not listed under the countries that they ship to under their shipping details nor is it listed under their exempted countries.  what gives?  why is everything so darn complicated?  take my money already lol.

eBay Global Shipping Program for the UK has been disabled to the US in many cases @jclazaris . I suggest taking a look at this discussion for more information.

Hopefully this will get ironed out soon.

I believe we have a new trade deal so *fingers crossed* they get it up and running again.

I have some items from the UK I want to purchase too.
