Same issue here. I don’t recall ever having an issue. Trying to print the label from the app is even worse. It just doesn’t fill anything in. Of course it’s impossible to actually connect with eBay so who knows when it gets fixed. And since buyers have all the power I don’t want to ship outside of eBay and risk getting hosed.
