I offer Free Returns, and will pay the return shipping for any reason. But I don't want to refund the original shipping if it's the buyer's fault for not reading the listing carefully. How do I set this policy in my listing? The only options I see to set the policy is The Seller offers Free Returns, and Return shipping paid by buyer (unless it was my mistake or NAD, of course)

The only time you can't deduct the original shipping is if you offer Free shipping on the item to the buyer.
If you charge original shipping & offer free returns & it is a buyers remorse you can deduct the original shipping from the refund.
If you offer free shipping & free returns then no you can't deduct the original shipping fee from the return refund

Thanks, that's helpful. But what about "does not fit" after I said 3 times in the listing the Waist is 26" and buyer complained waist is too small?? Is that Buyer's Remorse? I even wrote in the listing that this seemed small for this size garment, so please measure your waist.

Sorry just saw this
list of reasons considered buyers remorse are the first 5 down to Ordered By Mistake
So Doesn't fit is considered a Buyers remorse
