how to send an email to eBay customer service?

I started a return request, then after a week of seller ignorance I discovered that the request is gone and even can search for it by item ID!!

Now I cant even contact eBay by mail to explain this issue, how to reach them by email ?

You can click on Help & Contact, located at the very top and bottom of ebay pages, for a return call from ebay.

I mentioned that I opened a case , so definitely I go through all topics of resolution center.

the meaning of openiong a case = going in deep through help and contact, the problem is much stronger of help! the return request WAS DISAPPEARED|!

Unfortunately, I tried that but the return history for this item is totally disappeared!! I cant find it unlike “other cases”, The surprise now is that I used my friend email to log in to eBay, and the option “email us” is so simple at the bottom of the help page!! But not available for my account!!
It is possible that this feature is blocked for me????

In this case "OP"=original poster (person to submit (post) something to a website - in this case it was you).

(I always tell that people here should not use slang or abbreviations,but still people do that)

Also,in this case "Problem with Saudi Arabia" is (I think) that eBay will not call you back (by telephone),if you go for that option.

Also - it could be that people from certain countries are not allowed to contact eBay by e-mail.

What you can do is try for option "report seller".

Maybe that way you can turn attention of eBay to what have happened to you.
