how i can get my money back from the seller

i bought imac (item number:163828409436) it came damaged so i send it back to have him repair it. after he fixed it he provided a new trucking number. new trucking number did show any activity for one week. seller said "it got  lost in shipping process". i open a dispute with my bank. after 2 weeks my bank closed dispute to seller favorite. they did this because status of original tracking  number was complete/delivered.  PayPal said same thing. eBay can't help because 30 day passed. seller doesn't replying to my massages. what should i do next in order to get my money back? thanks

When you first received the item damaged, you should have file an INAD and got your money back.

Sorry, if your bank and Pay Pal closed the cases, there's nothing you can do.

Bad feedback is about all you can do that I know of, other than file a lawsuit when the courthouses open back up.

All you have to do is provide the tracking number showing that you sent the item back to the seller, then reopen the dispute at the bank as Goods returned, credit not given to get a full refund.

I would go back to paypal and/or your bank with the messages from the seller, the new tracking number and tell them he is being dishonest. I would also file a police report for theft. I would let the seller know he needs to refund you or you will pursue it in small claims court and that you have already filed a police report for theft. If it got lost in the mail, he is responsible legally.
