I have a draft auction started in which I have an offer quantity of 5 pieces.

Buyer can buy 1 to 5. In the "old" days there was a shipping calculator option that allowed ...

for example:  "Charge 2 lb rate for first item and 1 lb extra for each item after the first.

I can't find that any longer ... Is it me?   😕

You should be able to do that by setting up a calculated shipping rule and then associating that listing with the rule.  https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
