To allow shipping to a PO Box for a single item on eBay, edit the shipping options for that specific listing. Go to the "Shipping" section of the item's listing page, ensure the shipping service you choose supports delivery to PO Boxes (e.g., USPS), and update any exclusions under the "Shipping Preferences" tab. Confirm that the item's dimensions and weight align with the selected service's PO Box policies. Save the changes, and the listing should now accept PO Box addresses for shipping.

The decision to ship to have an item shipped to a PO Box is the buyer's choice not the sellers. If the ship to address is not a PO box, you ship to the address shown on the order, you don't change it. Unless it is well spelled out in the listing, sending "hold for pickup" would also be a bad choice as buyer may not be able to get to a PO. Not everyone has a PO box.
If this is about buying, if the seller does not ship to PO box, you could message and ask to change that before buying. For some reason, some sellers have that option turned off but could be because they offer other services such as UPS or FedEx.
