Are you using the app or the website to list?

On the website there's an option to add a handling cost in the shipping section of the listing.

Where is this option? I have to have UPS or FedEX pack and ship because of back problems.

You will see it only when you use calculated shipping. It is just above the international shipping section.

I do not have the "handling fee" option showing. I have another store that I used the bulk edit to charge a handling fee of .30 on each listing, but it isn't showing in this store? Any ideas?

It only shows if you're using calculated shipping. Click on "See all options" in the upper-right corner of the Shipping section of the listing form; then the box to enter a handling cost will show up just below the service(s) you chose.

They hid it... if are editing or creating a listing, look at the shipping section and there is a little dropdown for options and you turn on the handling option for it to be visible.
