If your customer and you agreed to it, what I have done (in the past)
the buyer needed an overnight...(after he bought it)
I made another listing with just the postage as the amount.....(sell similar)
buyer paid it...when I shipped the original item, I manually entered the tracking number from the sold item into the 2nd (postage only) listing...
probably not the best way to do it, but that's what I did

WHAT additional postage fee? And WHY is there an additional postage fee?
Did the buyer upgrade the shipping - requesting overnight versus standard delivery?
OR - did you undercharge the postage which is, quite frankly, your mistake and you can not request additional fees.
