Never received my order tried to work with seller to no avil it has been 25 days filed a complaint with pay pal seller got the notice of complaint right way contacted me and asked if i would close complaint with paypal and he would make good closed complaint have not heard or gotten my product since ebay and paypal have been given me run around and neither will help with refund any suggestions

After you open a case you have to next ask ebay to step in and take care of it if the seller has not. Do not close it, you can't reopen it if you do. Go to the resolution center, link at bottom of page. See if the choice to esclate the case is still there. If so click it.

You only have thirty days from the estimated date of delivery to file a complaint with Ebay. If you are beyond that date, Ebay won't help you. If you opened a Paypal case before you opened an Ebay case, you cannot open an Ebay case. Any Ebay case has to be opened FIRST.
Paypal gives you 180 days from the date of purchase, but since you closed your claim it's over as far as Paypal is concerned.
Your only recourse now is to go to the credit/debit card you used to fund your Paypal with, if that is applicable. If you paid with Paypal balance or a bank transfer, you are out of luck.
