What country are you in, and what country's ebay site are you trying to use? It sounds like eBay's shipping calculator is not able to calculate shipping rates from your country.

Some countries do not have dedicated ebay sites, and some do not have services available for calculated shipping use. In these cases, you must determine your shipping service costs and use the option 'Flat Rate' shipping. Let us know more details and perhaps we can help further.

As the other poster suggested, you can't print a label or use calculated shipping unless you are in the same country that the site is in. For example, you can only use calculated shipping on .com if you are in the US, on .fr is you are in France and so on.    Since Greece does not have its own ebay site you will have to go to your carrier's web site, figure out a price and price shipping from there.  

If you are listing on .com, keep in mind that the domestic shipping section if for shipping to the US so the shipping cost you enter in the domestic section is for shipping to the US. You can use the  international section for other countries.
