Recently I sold a $3000 item, but the buyer says he cant pay because a message pops up saying "Unfortunately this seller will not ship to your location". This particular buyer tried 2 addresses one in Oregon and one in Colorado. I've looked and I don't restrict any locations on my account. I've messaged and called eBay and they gave me terrible advice that didn't work, and I have no clue what to do becuase this has never happened to me before in my 2 years of selling.

I just had the same thing last night.
Buyer went to accept an offer and got the same message.
They are in AZ and I most certainly ship there.
I have checked my listings and cant figure out why it would say this.

Do you restrict P. O. Boxes ?
Sounds like the problem, maybe?

Hmm are those addys freight forward places?????
What is the registered location of your buyer: look at their feedback to find out...

No I thought that might be the problem but they are both adresses

I received an offer that said this. I asked the seller to relist as a BIN, as I was afraid they couldn't print a label. It worked then.

Wow that's so weird I gave the buyer a second chance offer before this happened, I has thinking of relisting the item as a buy it now and maybe that will work.

You didn't tell us you'd 'Sold' through an offer. I do think that making a BIN (immediate payment required) would work.
Good luck.

My feelings exactly. But @gateway_flippz didn't ask about that. Now that it's come up... I'd not do it, either.

Im wondering if this is a system issue or app issue?
I sent an offer in the message and buyer was able to buy that way.
Same buyer same item. It just makes no sense and makes me wonder how many "Sales" I lost because eBays system is saying i dont ship there.

@gateway_flippz This is an issue we're aware of and I've added your account to the ticket. I added @klhmdg as well since they said this happened to them too. Hopefully they'll have a fix in place soon and in the meantime, we'd encourage you to give the creating a BIN listing a try as a workaround like @mtgraves7984 suggested. Thanks!

Add his name to the blocked bidder exemption list.
Have him change to the classic site and then try to pay.

Wasted so much of my own time trying to report this to incompetent robots. eBay should compensate me for the time wasted. I do hope you guys get around to looking at this some time in September, so I can finallly pay for the items I have purchased.
