gslblui.ebay.com ... printing shipping label issues

This has been appearing as a blank page all week when I try to print a shipping label. I print from a desktop (so i can use my thermal printer) and on Safari. Now I need to go to Paypal to print labels (which is annoying). I am able to print them from my iPad and iPhone (just no connection to the thermal printer). I am able to print fine from another eBay account on chrome. Any suggestions? TY

On your desktop computer, have you downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader?  Try that and see if using the Acrobat reader is better than using the reader that comes with Safari.
