I will never use the global shipping program again. This is the second time I've had a problem with a delivery. There is no tracking after the package leaves the US and the carrier is unknown at that point. I have no information to give my customer who is understandably worried. There is no ebay option that leads to a solution I had to request a phone call. The caller has now submitted an enquiry to logistics and I have to wait for a response. I like to maintain control of my shipping so that I can take care of my customers. The only good thing about this method of shipping is that the package is covered for the full amount.
