Second time this has happened this month when we've accepted an offer from an international buyer (Canada and Norway): global shipping program does NOT auto input shipping costs on buyer's invoice, and there's no option to manually input global shipping program as the shipping method when manually sending an invoice. Calls to ebay help have resulted in poor advice that didn't fix the problem because it's a tech, not a service issue. We were told to cancel the order, relist item and have buyer repurchase, which we did, but the same thing happened. We gave up and shipped it at the post office, but now it's happened again.
Anyone know how to reach ebay tech to fix this bug?
