I wanted to return the shoes that I ordered from Ebay. I never received the shipping Label and its not even a month now and they say that the return period has expired. I don't see my order anywhere, neither in the returns or purchased. There's no way I can get to the customer representative as there's none. I have no idea how to get this resolved. On top of that, the shoes that I ordered is not of a good quality and the size doesn't even fit. I highly regret ordering from Ebay.

There are 25,000,000 individual sellers on ebay in US alone. You did not buy shoes from ebay, you bought them from an individual. 

Had to be over 30 days since delivered, that's why you can't open a MBG case.
