hi i have recieved the item from seller that does not match the description and the one that is showed on the advertised pictures. The seller keeps saying that the item he sent over is the same as it is shown on the advertisment. I have sent pictures of the item taht is shown on teh pictures and the one taht i have got and it's clearly visible that they are different. What should i do to get a refund for the item which is not teh one taht i was looking for? Thanks in advance

Open a not as described case, use the resolution link at the bottom of the page, if the seller wants his item back, he will have to provide you with a return label.

Hi,
i was quering about the pump that i recieved from seller which doesnt match described item in teh ad, but seller didnt reply to my last email that i sent to him about that the item he sold me doesn't match description to the one that he is selling. I just need to get a refund and sent this item back as it doesnt suit me but it seems that there is no way to get the refund back. Could anyone tell me what is the procedure to get a refund for the item as seller is ignoring my emails and i dont want to sent item to him and never get the money refunded?
Thank you
Edgar

See message #2 above. Open a SNAD complaint via the Resolution Center. Do not send anything until the seller (or eBay) provides a prepaid return label.
The seller also may elect to refund your payment and let you keep (or toss) the product.
