first class mail problem

I have repeatedly had this problem, when using first class shipping on a item it somehow is first class letter rate not first class package and there is no way to change it.

I just had a old listing with 624 sold that I converted from free shipping to calculated shipping and I am stuck with first class letter rate with no way to change it other than deleting the listing and starting over.

Good that you figured it out. For others that find this thread because they have the same problem, the answer is to make sure you choose the correct package type on the listing form. "Large Envelope" is letter aka flat service. The correct package type is "package (or thick envelope)" so buyers are charged package rates.
