so as we all know the tracking on ebay standard envelops are scanned by sorting machines and never by a postal carrier just prior to delivery. therefore, the actual date of delivery will often differ from what shows in tracking. Is there a way to turn off notifications to buyers that their orders (if mailed by ebay standard envelope) have arrived since there is a decent chance that it hasn't arrived yet. Every day, I have to respond to messages from buyers explaining how ebay standard envelope tracking works and to not worry even though tracking shows delivered and they haven't received their items yet.
