Have been having this happen on and off for a while, I do a bulk shipping purchase on items that I am sure that the shipping is correct on and I end up with something different, had one recently that was supposed to be a regional a and printed out media mail? I know I should check them before printing but what is going on?

It's hard to say. I suggest taking a screenshot before purchasing and again after purchase when the change occurs. That way if it is a glitch and not user error, you can provide screenshots to eBay so they can investigate.
Without more info, many will say this is likely user error. Come back if you can provide more details so we can help.
For this specific package:
- Was Regional A selected by the buyer through your listing or did you select Regional A on the shipping label page?
- Did the weight exceed Regional A limits? That would be one reason for the shipping method to default to something else.

I have been finding this to be the case for a few weeks... on my wife's Ebay account... when we do shipping, for some reason most of the default shipping choices are media mail. Her main items she sells? Lingerie. The weight is always under a pound and I wonder how and why Ebay puts it as Media Mail. It's not what she has on her listings, but I've learned to catch it while I make sure we have the correct weight for shipping. I think she has all her listings as "Free Standard Shipping"... but not sure
Just double check everything BEFORE you confirm your shipping amounts!

If she offers free "standard shipping" without specifying a service (like First Class), then the system will chose a service itself when you go to print a shipping label @pickermall and no, that default service does not always make sense for the item being shipped.

What option did the customer select for the shipping? Do you have your weights & dimensions pre-populated or do you enter the information when purchasing the bulk labels? The buyer may have selected media mail & you wanted to ship via Priority A & you may have forgottent to click the correct service level. A system glich is always possible. However, I think it was just an oversight/human error.
Hang in there!
