ebay delivery query

i am buying a laptop on ebay so i live in india some laptops are quoted at 560 dollars with free international shipping to india(ebay standard international delivery ) so is the delivery fulfilled by ebay or the seller cause i doubt this  laptop thing may be a scam..

@sojogl_0 Now generally the delivery is dropped off to USPS (Assuming the item is shipped from there, and then it goes to eBay's distribution center and they send it out from there. So in other words, the buyer drops off the package to USPS, USPS gives to ebay, and ebay will send it off to the appropriate area.

As for the laptop, you have eBay's MBG (Money Back Guarantee) that will cover you in the event something happens with the item, for example you ordered a laptop and the seller supposedly gave you socks instead.

i wanted to buy a laptop on ebay so i just went to search 'laptop' amd on the first 3 days all the search results were fine but now it was showing some list of 5 laptops but when i clicked and tried each there was as error page saying that item not found....i understand this case but why cant ebay just remove them from the list until they are back in stock. Realy irritating problem.

@sojogl_0 Im not too sure where you see some out of stock. Im guessing either the seller forgot it was or they did know and ebay is being slow updating the quantity on the listing.

Yes it's a scam. Many scammy sellers believe that if you were dumb enough to fall for the scam you won't be smart to get your money back. The fact that you have a sliver of hope that this might be a legit deal would concern me. Get someone to help you navigate the internet.
