Someone please tell me the logic to this ebay decision. I have a buyer who purchased on 11/19, Thursday. Their address is cross country, I'm in Calif. I have 1 day handling time. Yet the ETA ebay chose to show the buyer is 11/23... that means ebay accounted for ONE BUSINESS DAY delivery. I didn't realize this until the buyer messaged me upset and wondering where their package is. We'd be lucky to even get 1 day delivery with Express Mail during these Covid times. I fear this is going to be a larger problem than it was last year because of more impatient buyers due to Covid.

Eb gives an overly optimistic EDD in hopes of bolstering sales. Then when buyers file a INR and they get a refund and their item gets to them eventually, they are happy because they get a free item and then they merrily go buying more eb stuff. Eb is happy because sales increase and if you forget to issue a refund and the buyer asks them for help, eb refunds them and keeps all your fees for that transaction. Everyone wins, but not the sellers.

That's 4 "carrier days" from the ship date, still a bit unrealistic.
Much of my 1st Class has been going coast to coast in 3 days. Some has not.
